Dealing with Greentree has definitely been the most challenging lender to date. They requested (and received) 5% of the sales price from the 1st. After successfully negotiating that amount, they then came back and requested $3,000 MORE from the borrowers (sellers). Luckily, I figured out a way to save the sellers from this amount. It went through and it closed on time 12/30. Another successful short sale!
