2nd Lienholders can throw a wrench in it!! - CDPE

We finally received an approval on the 2nd of 5% of the sales price ($17K).  Then Greentree came back and wanted additional money from the sellers.  Argh.  We worked it out and finally got both liens approved and a close date scheduled for 12/30/09.
